A vintage French bread platter, carved with the words “Donnez-Nous Notre Pain Quotidien”, from the Lord’s Prayer in French.
This large oval plate is simply decorated with sheaves of wheat. It is hand carved from a single piece of wood.
Very good condition with minor wear, a little knock to the tail of the ‘Q’. Attractive patina.
