Pierre D’Avesn Art Deco vase c1930
A Pierre D’Avesn Art Deco vase in very heavy pewter glass c1930.
The vase has scrolls on either side and the body is decorated with incised bands. It was designed by D’Avesn for Daum, Nancy, one of many great French glassmakers D’Avesn worked with in his long career.

In excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Small bubble present, typical of moulded pieces with a high crystal content made during this period.
