Pair of mid century sconces, 1960s wall lights in black bakelite and gold
A stunning pair of 1960s French bakelite and metal sconces, mid century double wall lights, French vintage lighting
The matching shades are in frosted white glass with a screen printed zigzag pattern.
In between each shade, a metal stem with a lucite ‘leaf’.
The mounts are in gold tone metal with triangular wall plaques in glossy black phenolic bakelite.
They have a hook for fixing to the wall and take B22 bayonet candle bulbs (not included). Wiring is original – functional, but please note, vintage.

These stylish wall lights are in very good condition. Originally, there were 3 little pegs on the back of each wall plaque, now missing. Fortunately they aren’t at all essential for fixing the lights to the wall.
