A Luc Vallauris set of 6 harlequin cups and saucers in pink and metallic bronze/black.
This styish mid century tea set was made in the studio of Auguste Lucchesi (Luc Vallauris ) (1913-?) in the 1950s.
The town of Vallauris was at this time at the height of its fame, attracting artists and designers such as Jacques Blin and Roger Capron.
Comprises 6 cups with bicolour glaze, chunky handles and three feet; matching saucers. We will include a matching spare cup and saucer, because we can!
Cups signed to the base Luc Vallauris with 2 different signatures.
Excellent condition.
