Louis Dage pottery bowl with gilt mount
Interesting Louis Dage (1885-1963) pottery bowl mounted in gilt metal on three dainty feet.
It has a thick craquelure glaze in turquoise green with heavy over-drips in terracotta. The underside has a grey gingerbread glaze, very typical of Louis Dage pottery..
Signed in script under the bowl.
