Legras Printania vase
A Legras Printania vase in Art Nouveau glass with enamelled arabesques and scrolls, a butterfly in the centre.
The vase is pictured in Legras catalogues as the ‘Auray’ shape from the scarce Printania series made by Legras in the 1920s.
It is in heavy powdered glass with yellow and orange streaks shading to pale blue at the top. The enamelling is in excellent condition.
It is signed ‘Legras’ on one side and has a ground out pontil.
