Legras glass set of mantel vases, signed, c1920
Superb Legras glass set of mantel vases in red marbled satin glass with pale gold enamel decor, c1920.
The set is comprised of 2 elegant baluster vases and a jardinière. It’s very rare to find the complete garniture.
Each piece is signed ‘Leg’ and the vases have polished pontil marks.
The vases are approximately 13.5 inches / 34cm high. There is a variation of about 1/4 of an inch, due to the fact that they blown by hand.
They are 4 inches / 10cm at the base
The jardinière is 9.5 inches x 4.3 inches x 3.5 inches / 24cm x 11cm 9 cm
Unpacked weight 2.6 kilos
In very good condition. Minuscule nibble on inside rim of jardinière and one vase has a small spot which dates from manufacture.
