Jacques Pouchain Poet Laval freeform bowl 1950s
An early Jacques Pouchain (attrib) freeform bowl from the 1950s, made during his time at the Poet Laval pottery in Coursanges.
It has a gently asymmetric shape with pulled, rounded corners and incised decoration against the black high-fired background.
Height 2.75 inches / 7cm
Width 11 inches/ 28cm at widest point
In good condition. There are 2 microchips to the enamel at the corner.
