1950s Fratelli Fanciullacci Italian vase in textured, raw clay, decorated all round with sassy Italian girls, their dresses enamelled in exuberant high gloss colours. The inside of the jug is in glossy terracotta. A hand crafted and wonderfully vibrant signature piece of Raymor-era Italian pottery.
Inscribed underneath : Made in Italy.
Fratelli Fanciullacci made Africa and ancient Egypt themed vases using the same techniques but this design is particularly unusual.
