Art Deco red bakelite necklace on hallmarked silver chain
This is a vintage red phenolic bakelite bead necklace with a difference – each of the oval beads are individually knotted on a silver chain. Unusual!
It fastens with a large ‘S’ clasp, French hallmark.
It measures 54.5 cm/21 inches long.
Each bead measures 20mm x 15mm.
Tested bakelite.
Excellent condition.
