Antique terracotta jug from Asia Minor
Beautiful antique terracotta jug from Asia Minor dating from the 18th or 19th century.
Traditional form with round bottom, narrow spout and wide handle, believed to be used for oil. The body of the jug is heavily decorated with embossed circles and geometric notched motifs.
Measures 6.5 inches x 8.5 inches / 17cm x 21.5cm.

Patina, signs of age and use – excellent condition for its age.
