Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the world. Shipping includes tracking and insurance cover. Duty or taxes – if any – are at the buyer’s charge.
🇬🇧 IMPORTANT reminder for UK customers : Following Brexit, you may be charged taxes or duty on your order. These are payable to the delivery company in the UK. They are not covered in our prices or shipping.
We generally use La Poste’s Colissimo International service, as we find it reliable, fast and competitively priced. Once an item is shipped, you’ll receive the tracking number, so you can follow the parcel’s progress from France to its destination.
How long does it take?
Covid continues to disrupt shipping in ways we can’t predict, so please allow extra time for your parcel to arrive.
As a general rule, delivery takes 3-10 days, depending on the destination. Expedited shipping can also be arranged if you need to receive an item fast – please contact us for a quote.
What about fragile items?
We are very experienced in packing glass, ceramics and other fragile items. We use a combination of bubblewrap, polystyrene and additional padding, according to the weight band. Naturally, the most vulnerable objects are sent double boxed for extra protection.
Do you combine shipping on multiple orders?
Yes, we do. Our items come in various shapes and sizes, but wherever sensible, we’ll combine shipping on items, passing the saving on to you. As our website cannot calculate shipping and insurance for multiple items, we may to contact you if there is a supplement to pay.
