A Scottish sterling silver thistle brooch set with three facetted citrine gemstones.
The brooch is signed and hallmarked for Edinburgh.
It measures 2.5 inches x 1½ inches.
Excellent condition.
Miracle was the trademark for the Birmingham jewellery company, A. Hill. The company produced a small range of sterling silver items set with genuine semi-precious stones, as with this example.
