Art Deco coffee set by Epiag Czechoslovakia
A stylish Royal Epiag Czechoslovakia Art Deco porcelain coffee service with geometric motifs and Streamline shape c1930.
The pieces are white with motifs in blue, yellow and red. The saucers have 10 sides and the handles and lids are elegantly shaped in the Art Deco style.
The service comprises – 6 cups and saucers, coffee pot, cream jug, lidded sugar bowl.
The tea service is in excellent condition, apart from a small spot on one side of the coffee pot, shown with an arrow. All the pieces are signed Royal Epiag Czechoslovakia. Epiag was “Erste Porzellan-Industrie AG”, a consortium of fine porcelain manufacturers.
