Sumptuous Madeleine de Rauch silk scarf from the 1960s.
In purple with motifs in turquoise, pink, red and white. Finished with tight hand rolled hems and a fringe at either end. Soie Made in France label still attached.
Measures 53.5 x 15 inches / 136cm x 38cm
Excellent, insignificant marks, appears unworn.
Madeleine de Rauch was one of the great Paris couture designers of post-war Paris. The label ceased in 1974.
