1920s Max Neiger and green bakelite necklace, lariat
A 1920s Max Neiger necklace made up of large green bakelite beads and Neiger ‘exotic’ face beads in moulded glass.
The beads are individually knotted in green silk and tasselled at the bottom. The two large bakelite beads are hand decorated with an etched pattern.
Total drop : 25 inches / 64cm.
Largest beads are 1.5 inches / 4cm long.
The beads are in excellent shape with sound threading. The silk tassel is faded and discoloured – you might to wish to replace it.
