The great Charles Schneider great glassworks went out of business before WWII. However, Charles lived to see the Schneider tradition continued in the 1950s and 60s by his sons, who opened a new factory producing bold, modern art designs in crystal, like this lamp. The controlled bubble paperweight in the foreground is also by Schneider.
